In welcoming the 10 Anniversary of Lao Securities Exchange (LSX), LSX is hosting a handover ceremony of LSX
Disclosure Award 2019 on Friday 12 June 2020 at 8th floor grand meeting room, LSX building chaired by Mr. Oth
Phonhxiengdy, Chief Executive Officer of LSX honorably joint by Mrs. Saysamone Chanhthachack, Secretary
General of Lao Securities Commission Office (LSCO), Chief Operation Officer of LSX, directors and representatives
from listed companies, securities companies and auditing firms. The purpose of this ceremony is to summarize
the performance of disclosure on LSX in 2019, promoting capital market affairs as well as obligation of listed
companies to comply with disclosure principles for investors and public and to stipulate listed companies to
further perform their disclosure duties and enhance their responsibility for Lao securities market context.

The LSX Disclosure Award 2019 of the following awarding classification has been handed over to achieved
listed companies as below:

1. 1st Disclosure Award 2019 (Gold), achieved by Banque Pour Le Commerce Exterieur Lao Public (BCEL), EDL-
Generation Public Company (EDL-Gen), Lao World Public Company (LWPC), Souvanny Home Center Public
Company (SVN), Mahathuen Leasing Public Company (MHTL).

2. 2nd Disclosure Award 2019 (Blue), acheived by Petroleum Trading Lao Public Company (PTL), Lao Cement Public
Company (LCC), Lao AgroTech Public Company (LAT).

3. Best Voluntary Disclosure Award 2019 (Green) achieved by EDL-Generation Public Company (EDL-Gen)

4. Certificate of Compliment on Disclosure 2019 (Red), achieved by Phousy Construction and Development Public
Company (PCD), Vientiane Center Lao Public Company (VCL) and Lao ASEAN Leasing Public Company (LALCO).
