Lao Securities Exchange would like to notify you that Banque Pour Le Commerce Lao public (BCEL) shall be increase the
holding ratio for total investor including domestic and foreign investor can be hold BCEL share in the ratio of not exceed
20% of the total share amount, and for a foreign investor including an individual and institutional investor can hold
BCEL share in the ratio of not exceed 2% of the total share amount. The effective date of new foreign investors’ holding
ratio of BCEL is on 17th August 2017.
