LSX would like to inform that foreign holding limit of EDL Generation Public Company shall be enlarge for total foreign
investor from 20% to 25%. For an institutional foreign investor can hold in the ratio of not exceed 5% and an individual
foreign investor can hold in the ratio of not exceed 1% of the total share amount.

** The effective date is on 07th September 2015.
