aggregate principal amount of up to LAK 511,049,000,000 by divided in tenors as follows:

(1). Tenor of 3 (three) years, Maturity date on Maturity date on 02 June 2023 and 16 June 2023 with the
interest rate of 6.80 (six point eight zero) percent per annum;
(2). Tenor of 5 (five) years, Maturity date on Maturity date on 02 June 2025 and 16 June 2025 with the
interest rate of 6.95 (nine point nine five) percent per annum;
(3). Tenor of 7 (seven) years, Maturity date on Maturity date on 02 June 2027 and 16 June 2027 with the
interest rate of 7.20 (seven point two zero) percent per annum;
(4). Tenor of 10 (then) years, Maturity date on Maturity date on 02 June 2030 and 16 June 2030 with the
interest rate of 7.50 (seven point five zero) percent per annum;
(5). Tenor of 15 (fifteen) years, Maturity date on Maturity date on 02 June 2035and 16 June 2035 with the
interest rate of 7.70 (seven point seven zero) percent per annum;
(6). Tenor of 20 (twenty) years, Maturity date on Maturity date on 02 June 2040 and 16 June 2040 with the
