On the 22nd of August, 2014, in the meeting room, 3rd floor, Lao Securities Exchange Building; the seminar on the topic of “Enhance Corporate Governance in your Organization” was held in partnership between Lao Securities Exchange (LSX) and the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). The seminar aimed at sharing the experiences of well management particularly applying corporate governance (CG) into the business management of the listed company in SET for the potential listing companies of LSX. On this occasion, Madame Vatthana DALALOY, President of Lao Securities Commission Office (LSCO) and Mr. TaeChoo Choi, Vice Chairman & COO of LSX were honorable in delivering the opening and welcoming remarks respectively. Additionally, Ms. Napatsone KITAPHANICH, Executive Vice President of Somboon Advance Technology Public Com., Ltd. then conducted the presentation on such topic which mentioned about the company’s overview and how the company applies CG to develop its business successfully and efficiently.The seminar was attended by more than 20 participants consisting of executives from SET and potential listing companies.
